Wedding season has arrived and how! The last two months of the year are usually packed with back to back weddings and this year it is grand. Why? COVID restrictions have been lifted and this is time we see the comeback of the big fat Indian weddings.

Recently, celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar took to her Instagram handle and shared three foods which will help keep digestion healthy during the winter season.
The expert on her post shared that methi ladoo with ghee, jaggery and dry ginger prevents stomach cramps and constipation, promotes intestinal mucosa and even helps keep the hair lustrous which can otherwise look frizzy due to a poor functioning stomach.
When To Eat?
Either at breakfast or as a 4-6 pm meal, if you are out of routine with sleep and even missing workouts. The expert shared that it helps with blood sugar regulation too.
How To Make Methi Ladoo?
Methi ladoos can be prepared at home using a few ingredients. They are especially consumed during this season because they provide warmth to the body.

Next, the nutritionist shared that one should consume a glass of buttermilk or chaas after lunch. The expert on her post wrote, "While the chaas or buttermilk is both a good source of probiotics and Vitamin B12, the hing and kalanamak combo will help cut down bloating, gas and even prevent IBS."

The expert shared that one must drink it especially if they are attending evening functions and want to sport a flat stomach.
