Early Morning Diet For Day 1, 2 And 3
All the three days, begin you morning with a glass of warm water and 1 lemon juice squeezed into it.
Pre-Breakfast Diet For Day 1, 2 And 3
Before your breakfast, have any 1 seasonal fruit each day.
Breakfast - Day 1 And 3
Have ghiya juice with 1 tsp of chia seeds in it.
Ghiya Juice Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Ghiya
- 1/2 Lemon
- Handful Mint
- 1 Pinch Pink Salt
Directions
Blend ghiya with 1/2 cup of water and strain with muslin cloth. Add other ingredients and drink up.
Breakfast - Day 2
Drink up veggie juice with handful of mint in it.
Mid Morning Meal For Day 1, 2 And 3
Drink coconut water or cucumber mint juice.
Lunch - Day 1
Have a bowl of khichdi. Make sure it has a lot of vegetables in it. For salad, have 1 cucumber, 1 tomato, 1/2 carrot, 1/2 onion.
Lunch - Day 2
Consume lightly steamed vegetables with seasoning. You can have veggies like mushrooms, carrots, fresh beans, ghiya, zucchini, beetroot, onion, garlic, capsicum. Use a minimum of 5 vegetables, they can be added or removed from the list as per preference.
Lunch - Day 3
Have a bowl of yellow moong dal with 1 bowl steamed vegetables.

Post Lunch
Drink hot water and take 20 minutes stroll.
Evening Drink - Day 1
Hot mint water
Evening Drink - Day 2
Hot cinnamon water
Evening Drink - Day 3
Tulsi and ginger tea
Mid Evening Snack - Day 1 and 2
1 fruit bowl
Mid Evening Snack - Day 3
Cucumber topped with white sesame seeds
Dinner (To Be Consumed Maximum By 8 pm)
Day 1
Have a bowl of tomato basil soup with sauteed vegetables.
Day 2
Ghiya soup with carrot and beetroot salad.
Carrot And Beetroot Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Grated Carrot
- 1/2 Beetroot
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Tsp Pink Salt
- 1 Tbsp White Sesame Seeds
Directions
Mix all the ingredietns in a bowl and serve.

Day 3
Consume tomato basil soup with 1 bowl veggie steamed. Make sure you cook the steamed vegetables with 1 tsp oil, less salt, herbs and garlic.
Tomato And Basil Soup Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 Beetroot
- 1/2 Potato
- 2 Tomato
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1/2 Tsp Cinammon
- 7-8 Almonds
- 6-7 Basil Leaves
- 2 Cup Water
- Salt And Pepper According To Taste
Directions
- In a pressure cooker, add beetoort, tomato, potato, almonds and cinnamon with 1 cup of water. Remove from flame after 3-4 whistles.
- Strain and add some water, basil and salt and pepper to it.
- Boil for 20-25 minutes.
- Prepare almond milk using almonds and water. Add to the soup mix and boil for a few more minutes.
- Add salt and pepper as per taste. Enjoy!
Post Dinner - Day 1,2 3
Drink hot water and take 20 minute stroll.
