While most Indian foods are considered unhealthy seeing their oil or spice quantities, there are many Indian foods that are underestimated. Indian foods are surely rich in flavour but that doesn't always mean that they are high on calories or unhealthy to eat. A lot of Indian foods are healthy. Here are some of them:
Paneer
One of the most loved Indian foods, Paneer has numerous health benefits. Made out of milk, paneer is super rich in calcium and proteins and low on calories. This makes it rank top among all other healthy Indian foods. Paneer is just the food you need to maintain a healthy diet and body. It gives your body all the essentials without adding any excess calories. Curd

Rice

Curry Leaves
While the curry leaves were majorly used in South India some time back, they have now made way to all the other parts of the country. Pulses

Idli
