The Vande Bharat Express is designed to cover 1000 km distance between New Delhi and Patna in under 12 hours, providing faster and more comfortable travel. Indian Railways has not confirmed this yet and is still awaiting official confirmation. Train Number For New Delhi To Patna Vande Bharat Express

The New Delhi to Patna Vande Bharat Express will operate under Train Number 02436, while the reverse journey, Patna to New Delhi, will be designated as Train Number 02435. It’s important to note that the train will not run on Mondays and Tuesdays, according to reports from ET Now.

The Vande Bharat Express will take a faster route, passing through several major cities and towns to ensure a quicker journey for passengers. The train will cover key locations, including Ghaziabad, Kanpur Central, Prayagraj Junction, Varanasi, Ghazipur City, Ballia, Suraimanpur, Chhapra Junction, and Patliputra Junction. This route will provide better connectivity for travelers heading to Patna from various regions, ensuring that passengers can board or deboard at nine important stations along the way.

New Delhi To Patna Vande Bharat Express Timings

For those planning to travel from New Delhi to Patna, the Vande Bharat Express (Train Number 02436) will depart from New Delhi Railway Station at 08:30 am. It is expected to reach Patna Junction by 10:30 pm, making the journey in just about 12 hours.

On the return trip, Train Number 02435, departing from Patna Junction at 05:30 am, will reach New Delhi by 08:10 pm. These timings are designed to offer convenient options for travelers looking to make the most of their journey during the festive period.

Travellers can choose between two classes for their journey on the Vande Bharat Express:

• AC Chair Car: The fare for this is around Rs 2575.

• Executive Chair Car: The fare for this around is Rs 4655.
