Chadha had a breakthrough in her career after her performance as Nagma Khatoon in Anurag Kashyap's crime drama Gangs of Wasseypur – Part 1. She later continued as Nagma in the second part of the film.

Richa Chadha further rose to fame after her iconic role as the street-smart lady don Bholi Punjaban in Mrighdeep Singh Lamba's directorial Fukrey. She went on to deliver some amazing roles after that and continues to entertain the audience with her skills, talent and charisma.

Richa Chadha tied the knot with her beau Ali Fazal a while ago and they recently released the trailer of their wedding documentary, RiAliTY. Their fans went gaga over the much-realistic teaser.

Honoured With Chevalier Des Arts et des Lettres

Chadha recently joined Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as the only few Indian actors who have been rewarded with the Chevalier Des Arts et des Lettres by the French government, presented the award by the Counsel General of France.
