Actor Parineeti Chopra and AAP Leader Raghav Chadha got engaged on May 13, 2023, in New Delhi at the Kapurthala House. Their engagement was an intimate affair with close family in attendance including celebrated names like Arvind Kejriwal, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Dr Madhu Chopra, and Bhagwant Mann. The families exchanged rings after an Ardaas.

Raghav Chadha in an interview with a YouTube influencer Ranveer Allahbadia opened up about his first meeting with Parineeti Chopra. Chadha shared that he won't talk a lot about it but did describe his meeting with Chopra as magical. He said, "Hum jaise bhi mile, it was very magical and a very organic way of meeting. It is something that I thank god every day for, for giving me Parineeti in my life... Bahut badi blessing hai and I am extremely happy that I have her as my partner. Though the couple hasn't talked about their relationship in detail in the last few months, how they met, many reports online suggest that the two know each other for long. Reportedly, Parineeti and Raghav studied together in the UK. Raghav Chadha studied at the London School Of Economics and Parineeti at the Manchester Business School.Though they were friends for a while it was only recently that they got romantically involved.
On the work front, Parineeti Chopra will next be seen in Mission Raniganj opposite Akshay Kumar and Imitiaz Ali’s Chamkila opposite Diljit Dosanjh. Raghav Chadha, on the other hand is an Indian politician, member of the Aam Aadmi Party. Previously, he was the former Vice President of Delhi Jal Board and MLA from Rajendra Nagar assembly constituency in Delhi.
