The prestigious Padma Awards 2025 ceremony unfolded with grandeur at Rashtrapati Bhavan's Durbar Hall on Monday, where President Droupadi Murmu honoured 71 distinguished individuals for their exemplary contributions across various disciplines. Padma Vibhushan 2025 Recipients

- Osamu Suzuki (Posthumous): The former chief of Suzuki Motor Corporation was recognised for his transformative impact on the global automobile industry and his company's significant role in India's automotive sector.
- Lakshminarayana Subramaniam: The renowned violinist received the award for his outstanding contribution to Indian classical music and for promoting it on international platforms.
