Nora Fatehi Talks About Her Struggling Days
Nora Fatehi is one of the most promising actors and dancers in Bollywood. She is highly known for her killer dance steps and her sense of style. However, before becoming this famous, the actor had a tough time while she was struggling in Mumbai to get a taste of success.
In an interview with ‘The Bombay Journey’ with Mashable India, Nora Fatehi opened up about how she lived with nine girls in a flat in Mumbai who were absolute psychopaths. She mentioned how the experience was highly traumatic and how that experience has left her in a place where she needs therapy. She said, "I came to India with only ₹5,000 in my pocket. I lived with nine psychopaths in a three-BHK apartment, where everyone was sharing. I used to think, ‘What have I got myself into?’ I was not prepared for that at all. I am still traumatised.”
The actor also mentioned how the agencies that support these actors exploit them. They cut a certain amount from their pay as a part of their commission and living costs, which left her with barely any money. She survived on one egg, bread, milk, and Nutella a day.
