The Bollywood actress Malaika Arora is featured on the cover page of Harper's Bazaar India's August edition 2024. She flaunts her fabulous physique in a coordinated t-shirt and hot pants. She paired the look with a cropped jacket, calf-length white socks and a wine-coloured pointed pump heels.

In a recent interaction with Harper Bazaar India Malaika shared her wellness routine. She said, "When someone says, 'You look amazing at 48,' it feels fantastic. I don't think people mean it in a derogatory way. It's a compliment. At 48, if I can look the way I do, it's due to my hard work, dedication, and focus, which is paying off." She added that her commitment towards fitness has made her look this way. "It feels great when someone asks, 'What do you do to stay like that?,” she said. Malaika has always been outspoken about herself. She said that women are not defined by their abs or the fact that they look younger than their age in years. She advocated that a woman’s ability keeps her relevant and draws the audience's attention at every age.

Speaking about her physique, Malaika Arora said, "Oh, I do all of it. I love my headstands, cupping, gua sha, massages and yoga". Apart from exercises and yoga poses, Maliaka includes turmeric, spirulina, and matcha shots in her everyday routine. She also practises the Madero, which is a South American wood therapy that promotes lymphatic drainage. Talking about the same she said, "It involves a wooden stick (like the belan [rolling pin] you find in Indian homes), which is used to break down cellulite and tension in your body."

Maliaka spoke about body image and accepting the reality of ageing, Malaika said, "Like any other woman, I have cellulite, stretch marks, weight fluctuations, and hormonal issues. I indulge myself and on good days I prefer to focus on wellness and just keep doing my best."
