The foundation of a winter spa is the right oil. Mix a carrier oil like Coconut or Sweet Almond oil with a more intensive treatment like Castor or Argan oil. For extra winter care, add 3-4 drops of Rosemary or Lavender essential oil to stimulate the scalp and reduce dryness.

Warm the oil blend slightly and apply it to your scalp using your fingertips. Massage in circular motions for 10–15 minutes. This increases blood circulation, ensuring that nutrients reach the hair follicles during the cold months.
To help the oil penetrate deep into the hair shaft, you need steam. Dip a soft towel in hot water, wring out the excess, and wrap it around your head like a turban. Leave it for 10–15 minutes. This opens up the cuticles for maximum absorption.
