The toe-tapping exercise targets your lower body and helps you reduce waist fat. This exercise will help you relax and become active in the morning. All you need to do is to sit in a comfortable position with your feet joined together. Now move your toes slowly for 5 to 10 minutes.
Bicycle crunches don't seem like an exercise but more of a fun activity. Lie down on your back and move your legs in a circular motion like you are riding a bicycle. This exercise targets your lower abdomen muscles.

Arms stretching is one of the easiest exercises (benefits of zumba) you can do to keep your body moving. Sit on your bed in a comfortable position and stretch your arms in opposite directions one by one.
The last exercise for this list is Scissor Legs. As the name suggests you have to move your legs in a way the scissors (stretches for healthy spine) move. Lie down on your back and keep your hand on your side palm facing downwards. Now lift your legs in the air. Now lower down one leg without touching it to the bed. Bring it back and repeat the same with others.
