It is only evident that if you are trying to shed weight around your belly, the exercises involved target that particular area. Pandya suggested stomach twists from one side to another. You should be doing 50 twists on each side every day.

There are a few ways you can do it at the comfort of your home. You can do criss-cross twists in which you will lift your legs and move them in cyclic motion while performing crunch-twists on each side following the motion of the legs.

Another way to do it is to sit on a yoga mat. Keep your legs a little bent and hold a ball. Keep twisting from side to side from your waist. It will help to strengthen your core and shed extra kilograms around the belly.

Skipping Late Night Dinner

Skipping meals has been associated with a disruption in metabolism and can affect your energy and blood-glucose level. Pandya suggested skipping late dinners and eating early.

You should opt for lighter meals like soup, salad, and a bowl of fruit in the evening so that your digestive system does not have to work under pressure when you go off to sleep. It also allows your body some time to digest food between dinner and sleeping. It can also help you improve your sleep pattern.

Cinnamon And Honey Drink Empty Stomach
