"Delulu" in the title Delulu Express is probably a sarcastic take on the slang term and by extension, the Gen Z population. Originating from K-pop fandoms and popularised by the present generation, "Delulu" is short for "delusional" aka a person who's excessively idealistic or has unrealistic beliefs or fantasies. This is often meant as a joke.

He rightly points out how the parents can be toxic or taunt you endlessly but "khana toh khilayi dete hai (they will at least feed you)," followed by an enactment of how an angry rant goes in Indian households, eliciting endless laughter.
The Tathastucreator then goes on to chronicle his four years of unemployment where he managed 11 profiles, including Angel Priya!Hitting out at men was his next set where Khan observes that irrespective of their social standing and other factors, men will remain "tharki (perverted)."
Intelligent remarks like these, rooted in real life, inundate the Zakir Khan: Delulu Express trailer, making it an amusing watch, aptly amping up your excitement for the special to get released.
Calling Zakir Khan: Delulu Express an "incredibly special set" because it is "fresh, funny, and deeply relatable," the 37-year-old said, "Not only is it inspired by some of the most cherished moments in my life’s journey, but it has also played a role in shaping who I am today."
Zakir Khan: Delulu Express is scheduled to release on March 27, 2025, exclusively on Prime Video.
