Released on Netflix on April 15, 2025, the new crime thriller drama ‘The Glass Dome’ is a gripping story that follows a woman who searches for a lost child in the same town where she was once abducted. As the series went on air on the OTT platform, viewers were quick to share their reviews on X (formally Twitter). As per the reviews, the thriller series has received mixed responses. Have a look below to know if Netflix’s ‘The Glass Dome’ is worth a watch or not.

Netflix’s 'The Glass Dome' X Review

Rion Akao on X wrote, “The twist is so good, #TheGlassDome is predictable and yet it's engaging.”

“#TheGlassDome is a chilling Swedish thriller on #Netflix that grips you from the start. #LéonieVincent shines as Lejla, a criminologist faces her dark past while solving a haunting kidnapping case. Solid Nordic noir with twists, but the ending feels slightly rushed. Worth a binge,” wrote OTTRelease.

Eric Bott on X reflected a different opinion on the movie saying, “This 2073 film is both horribly boring and absolutely bonkers. It’s leftist propaganda masquerading as a documentary masquerading as dystopian science fiction. It’s the most painful thing I’ve watched since the Disney reboot of Daredevil. I’ll be curious to see how young people view it. It appears to be a propaganda custom-tailored for the YouTube generation.”

“Just finished watching The Glass Dome and although I could smell who ECKI was from episode 4 onwards, damn that plot twist at the end was brutal,” said Sash.

While Ash hailed the movie, stating “The Glass Dome, 👌🏾👌🏾… ended perfectly.
The Gardner, 👌🏾👌🏾.. great. I wish there was more.” Shabnam Jahan called the film “Slow, Confusing, and a Story That Goes Nowhere.”

“Out on Netflix today, #TheGlassDome is pretty quintessential Scandi noir, but it's a really distinguished vintage and is well worth checking out,” said Jonathan Wilson.
