'Secret Stories: Roslin' Ending Explained (SPOILER ALERT)

During the climax of this series, we learn a shocking truth about Roslin's family. The ending shifts the narrative from a psychological haunt to a criminal conspiracy theory. For most of the series, we saw Roslin being terrified of Jerry (Hakim Shahjahan), a green-eyed houseguest. Roslin believes that this houseguest is the same stalker from her daily nightmares. However, the finale reveals that Jerry is actually an undercover police officer. He was assigned to investigate Shobha (Meena) and John (Vineeth), whom Roslin believed were her parents.

It is revealed that Shobha and John are not Roslin’s biological parents. Shobha was a maid for Roslin’s real mother, Angel. After Angel died in a suspicious accident, Shobha and John took Roslin in to seize her massive inheritance. The couple planned to kill Roslin on her 18th birthday to claim the property before it could be transferred to a charitable trust.

We also get to see the story behind Roslin’s green-eyed stalker, who was a physical person but a manifestation of Roslin’s repressed trauma. This was all a result of the guilt over the death of her brother, Allen. Jerry’s arrival simply triggered these hallucinations. The series ends with Jerry arresting the couple, finally saving Roslin from her alleged parents' deadly plot.
