The fourth and final installment of Netflix’s dramedy series ‘Sex Education’ gives us a good laugh, some tears and maybe some takeaway wisdom. The Netflix series originating from Britain is back with its final season.

Based on our honest experience of watching the first couple of episodes  of the series created by Laurie Nunn. It is pretty obvious that the makers of the much loved series want us to bid a farewell to the series by reminiscing the core essence of what made it such a must watch in the first place.

We now bring you four interesting takeaways from the epic season 4 of the OTT series that are sure to give you all the tea you need.

  • First things first, the show starts off a few months after Maeve leaves for the United States to pursue the gifted and talented programme. Otis on the other hand is going to university back home with his best friend forever, Eric. His mother Jean, played beautifully by Gillian Anderson has given birth to a baby girl, Joy. What’s more nobody knows who the father of the child is!
  • More or less all the characters are finding it tough to float through new waters and find a place for themselves amidst the changing environment, schools, universities, places and jobs and are all just trying to feel at home.
  • The fourth and the final season of the show seems to get hot and sexier than all its previous installments. The makers honestly wanted to go all out with a bang for the final season.

  • This season brings along ‘Schitt’s Creek’ star Dan Levy as Maeve’s professor at university. He comes across as some sort of a misfit. There are huge discussions in the show about pivotal issues such as gender, sexual preferences and more. Another new character that brings the most interesting twist to the show is ‘O’, the new sex therapist. She gives Otis a true run for her money.
