Actor Divya Dutta is set to headline a powerful new social drama titled ‘Chiraiya’, which takes a bold look at difficult questions surrounding marriage and consent in Indian society. The upcoming series promises to deliver an emotional and thought-provoking story while addressing a subject that is often left unspoken.
The show will premiere on JioHotstar, bringing a serious and socially relevant narrative to the streaming space.

Produced by SVF Entertainment, ‘Chiraiya’ tells the story of a young woman named Pooja, whose dreams of a happy married life slowly begin to crumble after she enters her husband’s home.

However, as the story unfolds, she begins to face painful realities hidden behind the façade of a traditional household.
