Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 OTT Release: Date, Platform, Estimated Time, And Other Details

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is finally coming to OTT! Ending fans' anticipation, Netflix recently announced that the comedy horror film will arrive on its platform on Friday, December 27. While they have not mentioned the time going by trends, expect the spooky show around the afternoon that day. Starring Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit, and Triptii Dimri, among others, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is hitting the OTT space almost 60 days after its theatrical release on November 1, 2024. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 OTT Release: Interesting Announcement Video

Netflix India's social media channels posted a short clip announcing Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3's OTT premiere. The video, lasting barely a few seconds and accompanied by eerie music and the Tudum audio, shows Aaryan escaping from an invisible force before hitting the camera hard. His face has a spooked-out expression while the screen flashes "December 27," ending the video.

The Instagram post's caption reads, "TUDUM: @kartikaaryan has an X-mas surprise for you! Coming soon," sending fans into a tizzy.

That Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 would be released on Netflix only after its cinema hall tenure was over was clear from day 1, as the trailer had ample hints and indications about that. So now that it's finally coming to the digital space, those who could not watch the film in theaters are an excited bunch.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3: Budget, Box Office Collection, And More

As mentioned above, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 hit cinema halls on November 1, 2024, tapping the buzz of Diwali. It had stiff competition from Rohit Shetty's Singham Again but ultimately emerged victorious at the box office.

Made on a reported budget of ₹150 crore, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 ended up earning an estimated ₹417.51 crore, becoming one of Aaryan's highest-grossing releases. Directed by Aneez Bazmee, the film was shot in locations like Mumbai, Kolkata, Orchha, and Leh from March this year to August.

Apart from Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, Aaryan had another release in 2024: Chandu Champion. Helmed by Kabir Khan and backed by Sajid Nadiadwala, the sports biopic underperformed at the commercial window but was critically praised.

Among his upcoming projects, Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri tops the list. Produced by Karan Johar alongside Dharma Productions and Namah Pictures, the film has Sameer Vidwans as the director. As of now, it has a tentative 2026 premiere plan.
