Eight-year-old Binita Chetry from Assam has amazed both the audience and judges with her incredible dance skills on Britain’s Got Talent. Her performance quickly went viral, making her a global sensation and a proud representative of Assam. With her amazing dance moves, jaw-dropping flips, and high energy, she has become an overnight star, inspiring millions with her talent.

She impressed Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, and Bruno Tonioli, earning a spot in the next round. When one of the judges asked what brought her to the show, Binita Chetry said this was her dream stage and that she hoped to win the competition so she could buy a pink princess house with the prize money.

Binita Chetry, an 8-year-old girl from Amarajan in Bokajan, Assam, completing her education in Jaipur, Rajasthan, displayed an extraordinary level of maturity and talent when she took the stage on Britain's Got Talent. With her innocent charm and impressive voice, she gave a performance that moved not only the judges but also the audience. While the show is known for showcasing talents from all over the world, Binita’s performance was a standout packed with high-energy dance, flawless moves, amazing flexibility, and incredible backflips.

Apart from this, Binita was the first runner-up in the All-Style Dance Competition (Solo) in August 2024 and is also a contestant in Danceikon2 Wildfire.

After her performance finished and the final note lingered in the air, the entire audience and Britain’s Got Talent judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, and Bruno Tonioli stood up, giving Binita a well-deserved standing ovation. It was a moment that captured the beauty of the show – when raw talent and genuine emotion came together.

Binita Chetry Representing India At The Britain's Got Talent

In an exclusive interview with India Today, NE Binita's father, Amar Chetry shared, “She was barely three years old when we noticed her imitating dance moves with remarkable precision. Despite our limited resources, we knew we had to nurture her talent.” He runs a small broiler farm in Assam and made the brave decision to send Binita to Guwahati for dance training. Later, she moved to Jaipur to live with her aunt, Anita Devi. There, Binita’s dance skills improved under the guidance of her dance trainer, Hardik Rawat.

In the interview, he further shared that, “It was Hardik Sir who urged us to take her to Britain’s Got Talent. He believed in her potential, and today, we are seeing the results of that faith.”
