SSC GD 2025 Constable Recruitment Vacancies
The SSC GD 2025 recruitment aims to fill 39,481 vacancies across several prestigious security forces. These positions include constables in the Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), and Secretariat Security Force (SSF). Additionally, riflemen (General Duty) will be recruited for the Assam Rifles (AR), and sepoys for the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB)
SSC GD 2025 Constable Recruitment Exam Dates
The SSC GD 2025 exam will be conducted between January and February 2025. Applicants should ensure they complete their registrations before the deadline on October 14, 2024.
SSC GD 2025 Constable Recruitment Eligibility
Candidates must be aged between 18 and 23 years as of January 1, 2025, to be eligible for these posts. Age relaxation provisions apply for reserved categories, including Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Ex-Servicemen (ESM).

SSC GD Constable Recruitment Selection Process
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): This test covers Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge (GK), Mathematics, and Language (English/Hindi). The CBT includes 20 questions per subject, awarding 2 marks for each correct answer and deducting 0.5 marks for each incorrect one.
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT): Candidates who pass the CBT will proceed to these physical tests.
- Document Verification: Successful candidates from the PET and PMT stages will have their documents verified.
- Medical Examination: The final stage involves a thorough medical examination.

SSC GD Constable Recruitment Application Fee
Women candidates, SC, ST, and ESM categories are exempt from the application fee. For all other applicants, the fee is set at Rs 100.
