Soundarya Sharma: The Alpha Female Of Big Boss 16

Soundarya Sharma is a true symbol of versatility. She graduated with a Bachelor's in Dental Studies and while she was looking forward to pursuing residency options, she got acting opportunities and decided to take a turn in her career.

She rose to fame when she played the lead role in the series Ranchi Diaries, which was produced by Anupam Kher. Soundarya was nominated for the Best Debutant award at the Zee Cine Awards for this role.

She is currently locked up in the Big Boss 16 house and has claimed herself as an alpha female when on stage with Salman Khan during the premiere. She compared herself to Salman Khan, the alpha male, and said she was quite similar to him.

When asked about her reaction when she was offered to enter the Big Boss 16 house, Soundarya said she was not expecting it and had mixed emotions about the opportunity. She was thrilled and excited right before going onstage for the premiere but said she wouldn’t be ready until she entered the house.

Soundarya said, “I am excited to be doing a show with Salman Khan and to interact with him and share a stage with him.” She believed that this opportunity was her calling at this time in her career.

The actress also mentioned that she doesn’t like it when things are planned and that Big Boss 16 is the biggest unplanned and unscripted reality show, which excites her the most. However, she talked about doing some planning, such as mental preparation before entering the house.

Soundarya Wants To Change The Perception Of The Show

The actress says that there has always been a controversial definition of the reality show and though it has been changed in the last few years and become more of an entertainment show than a show with constant fight sequences, she wants to continue bringing this change.

Soundarya says how she is still processing how she went from completing her internship to learning acting in Los Angeles and now she will be entering the Big Boss 16 house. It has been a wild ride for her so far.

Soundarya Has Been Learning A Lot As An Actor Before Her Big Boss Journey

Soundarya says how she has been working on multiple projects before entering the Big Boss house. She has several shows coming out on OTT platforms in October, and transitioning multiple times from one shoot to another has taught her a lot as an actor.

She plans on using her platform in Big Boss and reaching the audience with her performance in the show. She is looking forward to earning recognition as an actor, entertainer, and most importantly, by being herself.

Soundarya talks about how her journey has been a lot of hard work and not just a cakewalk and she appeals to the love and support of the fans and the audience of the show.
