Yesterday, on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, the couple made an appearance at Ambani’s Ganesh Chaturthi party. Alia was the epitome of elegance in a yellow floral saree, paired with a bright pink blouse. Keeping her tresses loose, she finished her look with dewy makeup and large chandelier earrings. On the other hand, Ranbir looked dapper in a silver kurta-pajama with a jacket.

Meanwhile, in an interview with an entertainment magazine, Alia opened up about his relationship with Ranbir Kapoor. On being asked about when did she decide that Ranbir was the right guy for her, Alia said, "When I met him for the first time in my life."

"Let me tell you he's not difficult. He's a supremely simple person. He's such a nice human being that I wish I was as good as him. As an actor, as a person, as everything. He's way better a person than I am," she further added.
On the work front, the two will be soon seen sharing screen space in Ayan Mukherji’s next movie Brahmastra. The movie is slated for a summer 2020 release and it is the first part of a mythological trilogy. It also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Dimple Kapadia, Akkineni Nagarjuna, and Mouni Roy.
