According to the official website, Reliance Jio is back again with a new plan “ultimate 5G upgrade voucher” which is priced at Rs 601. The plan offers unlimited 5G data for one year. This voucher even allows non-5G plan users to experience unlimited 5G connectivity at an affordable price. The telecom service provider is offering free 5G for plans that come with 2GB daily data or more. If you are someone who is using a 1.5GB daily data plan then you can use this voucher to upgrade your plan and get 5G data speed.

Earlier, users were allowed to activate Jio’s Welcome Offers with any plan of Rs 239 and above. But, after the Jio tariff hike on July 3, 2024, unlimited 5G benefits were restricted to plans with 2Gb or more daily data.

The best part about this plan is that it can be gifted to others as well and is transferable. If you are planning to give this as a gift, the voucher will go directly to the My Jio account.

More About This New Plan

This new Rs 601 plan offers a total of 12 different vouchers of Rs 51 that you can use for one year. The Rs 51 voucher can be activated through the MyJio app available on the smartphone. This plan will help you stay connected with the 5G network throughout the year. Here’s how you can redeem the plan:

Step 1: Visit the MyJio App on your smartphone.
Step 2: Now go to the ‘My Voucher’ section.
Step 3: Select ‘Redeem’ icon to access the plan

Other Plans Available

Apart from this upgrade plan, Jio has also launched some standalone data plans. The new Rs 11 plan offers 10GB of data for one hour. It is one of the cheapest plans. Rs 49, Rs 175, Rs 219, Rs 289, and Rs 359, are some of the other plans.
