The recent release of Jeffrey Epstein's court documents has sent shockwaves through social media, with investigators poring over thousands of pages searching for answers. Amongst the revelations, one particular detail has captured widespread attention: the word ‘pizza’ appears more than 900 times throughout the files, raising questions about whether this seemingly innocent term conceals something far more sinister.

These frequent mentions have reignited discussions around Pizzagate, the thoroughly debunked conspiracy theory that emerged during the 2016 US Presidential election. The original theory, based on misinterpreted emails from John Podesta, Hillary Clinton's campaign chairman, falsely claimed that Democratic Party officials were operating a child-trafficking ring from Comet Ping Pong, a Washington, DC pizzeria. Despite being conclusively disproven, the theory has found new life amongst those scrutinising Epstein's communications.
Several documents within the Epstein files contain references to pizza that have raised eyebrows. One email discusses a ‘headcount for pizza,’ whilst another asks recipients in Austin whether they ‘wanted a pizza.’ Perhaps most bizarrely, one communication states: ‘butt cake sounds great, but I need pizza.’

Online investigators have highlighted what they describe as ‘pizza parties’ mentioned throughout Epstein's correspondence. Dozens of emails reference planning these gatherings, discussing upcoming events, or reminiscing about previous occasions. The frequency has struck many as peculiar, particularly given Virginia Giuffre's revelations about Epstein's eating habits.
The real question is: why on earth would a man who hates pizza constantly be throwing pizza parties?
Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein's most vocal accusers, described the convicted paedophile's ‘strictly disciplined’ approach to food. She detailed how Epstein maintained rigid control not only over his own diet but also that of those around him. This makes the numerous references to pizza parties all the more perplexing to those questioning the authenticity of these gatherings.
Multiple emails reference a meeting at a location called ‘Red Hook’ for pizza. Evidence suggests this refers to Red Hook on St Thomas in the US Virgin Islands, the very port Epstein used to transport ‘employees’ to and from Little St James Island, infamously known as ‘Epstein Island.’ The geographical connection has intensified speculation about the true nature of these so-called pizza meetings.

Social media has erupted with theories. "So, Pizzagate is 100% real. All roads lead back to that little pizza parlour in DC and the man named James Alefantis," one user claimed. Another declared: "Epstein victim raped by Bush and witnessed babies dismembered? WTF PIZZAGATE IS REAL Q IS REAL THIS IS NOT A GAME."
So, Pizzagate is 100% real.

One particularly active theorist stated, "Pizzagate is all over the new Epstein Documents. There is a group text in data set 9 that explicitly ties pizza to sexual acts. (And we all know what Pizza is code for)."

The fervent belief amongst conspiracy theorists remains strong, with one individual writing: "For everyone who is outraged by the e-mail sent to Jeffrey Epstein stating 'I love the torture video', where were you in 2016 when Tony Podesta's e-mail to John Podesta stating he was 'still in torture chamber' after a 'fun' last night came out? When these Satanic paedophiles talk about torture videos and torture chambers, they literally mean exactly that, and no, it's not a joke!"

Whilst Pizzagate has been definitively debunked by law enforcement and investigative journalists, the sheer volume of pizza references in Epstein's documents continues to fuel online speculation about whether coded language was being employed in his communications.
