Most of us listen to music while doing something, such as cooking, exercising on a treadmill, or completing some household duties. So, when you're making a playlist for these chores, include music that will keep you pumped up. Groove a little while listening to these tracks to get a little comfort of dancing. Make a playlist with one song for each part of your workout, or make a playlist with fresh music to get you going during warm-ups.
When going out clubbing or eating out, choose a venue with a nice dance floor and DJ. Whenever you get some time, go to the dance floor and show-off your moves. Trust me, even 5-10 minutes of dancing there will leave you satisfied.
To keep yourself motivated, make a video of yourself every time you dance, even if it's only for a few minutes. When you have some free time, review your video and try to improve on your mistakes for the next time. You can also share your dance videos on social media sites if you wish.
