Despite his recent entry into the senior circuit, he showcased remarkable talent by clinching a silver medal at the ISSF World Cup in Changwon, Korea, earlier this year.
Akshdeep Singh And Priyanka Goswami
At the National Open Race Walking Championships 2023 in Morabadi, Jharkhand, India's Akshdeep Singh and Priyanka Goswami secured their spots for the Paris 2024 Olympics and the World Athletics Championships 2023. Akshdeep Singh set a new national record in the men's 20km race walk, completing the event in 1 hour 19 minutes and 55 seconds, surpassing the previous record of 1 hour 20 minutes and 16 seconds held by Sandeep Kumar.
Meanwhile, Priyanka Goswami, a Tokyo Olympian and Commonwealth Games silver medallist, finished the women's 20km race walk in 1 hour 28 minutes, and 50 seconds, just five seconds shy of her national record.
Neeraj Chopra
Olympic gold medallist Neeraj Chopra showcased his prowess in the men's Javelin Throw event by achieving a remarkable distance of 88.77 metres. Securing a spot in the finals with this impressive performance, Neeraj Chopra has now qualified for the Paris Olympics 2024. This feat marks one of his finest performances of the season and ranks as the fourth-best of his career.

Mehuli Ghosh
Mehuli Ghosh secured a quota for India at the Paris 2024 Olympics by claiming the third position in the women’s 10m air rifle event at the ISSF World Championship 2023 in Baku, Azerbaijan. With a score of 229.8 in the final, Ghosh clinched the bronze medal, trailing behind China's Jiayu Han and Zhilin Hang. Additionally, India's Tilottama Sen put up a commendable performance, finishing fourth with a score of 208.4.

In an impressive display of skill and determination, Patil defeated Italy’s Danilo Dennis Sollazzo with a score of 17-13 in the final, earning the title of world champion.
