Indian Administrative Services (IAS) officer Tina Dabi, who bagged the first position in the Union Public Service Commission examination (UPSC) in 2015, has become social media’s newest sensation with her wink and cute dimples. The 24-year-old took to her Instagram handle to share a short video of her not to be missed wink and the video has taken the internet by storm. Since being posted, the video has been viewed 182,230 times with over a thousand comments.
Since being posted, her social media feed has been filled with congratulatory messages, with one user writing, “So beautiful mehendi and those tiny dimples in ur cheeks were so cute that i watched this gain for 4 more times (sic).”
Another user wrote, “You inspired half of india, mostly girls, who thinks they can’t do anything.. God bless you administrator (sic).”

Tina got married to Athar Aamir-ul-Shafi Khan in Kashmir in April this year. A Dalit, Tina met Athar Amar-ul Shafi Khan at the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) office in North Block during a felicitation function in May 2015.
