You also require a Unique Porting Code, which can be generated at the beginning of the SIM porting process. If you wish to cancel your porting request, you can do so within 24 hours of submitting the request. To do so, SMS ‘CANCEL’ to 1900 from your mobile number, which you wish to port.

• First message “PORT”<10-digit mobile number> to 1900 from your current mobile number that you want to port.
• Once done, you will receive the Unique Porting Code (UPC) in 15 minutes from 1901. Make sure to note the code down. 
• Now, visit the 10digi.com website and log in. 
• You will find the “Port Number” option; click on that and select BSNL.
• Now, select the plan of your choice. Then select the “Buy Now” option. 
• Once done, fill in the required details along with your preference for delivery time. 
• Finally, click the place order button, and your new SIM will be delivered along with the digital KYC within 2 hours.
