Sushant Singh Rajput’s father files FIR against Rhea Chakraborty, reveals shocking details

Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide case has taken a drastic turn, with his father lodging an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty. Sushant’s father, KK Singh, has also accused the late actor’s girlfriend of serious allegations. The FIR includes Rhea’s name, along with her five family members. Singh also accused Rhea of harassing Sushant, mentally and financially. A four-member team of Patna police has already reached Mumbai for investigation. 

“The FIR has been lodged under different sections of IPC including 341 (punishment for wrongful restraint), 342 (punishment for wrongful confinement), 380 (theft in dwelling house), 406 (punishment for criminal breach of trust), 420 (Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property) and 306 (abetment of suicide),” Additional SHO Jogendra Kumar told PTI.

The following excerpts are from the FIR registered by Sushant Singh Rajput’s father. It also contains the details of the major accusations filed against Rhea Chakraborty. According to Patna police, the 6 page FIR has more than 16 serious allegations listed in it.

• Rhea was trying to keep Sushant away from his family. She was also handling his bank account and had reportedly withdrawn crores of rupees over the due course of time. 
• On June 8, when Rhea found that the bank balance of Sushant was going down, she left him and came back to her home. It is alleged that while leaving, Rhea took some cash, jewellery, laptop, credit card, important documents and doctors’ receipts.
• Singh also revealed that his son wanted to quit Bollywood and start organic farming in Coorg, with his friend Mahesh. Rhea was against this decision and blackmailed him to cancel the plan.

• Later Sushant called his sister to tell how Rhea had threatened him about showing the medical reports to the media and proving him mad. 
• Sushant’s father’s statement further said that Sushant's sister stayed with him for 3-4 days prior to his death. After Rhea left Sushant, he called his sister and told her that Rhea could trap him.
• Rhea took Sushant Singh Rajput to her own house & self-medicated him. In the process she overdosed him on certain medicines. 
• Rhea and her family slowly started capturing his belongings.
• Sushant's father has claimed that Rhea used Sushant's fame as a ladder to launch her Bollywood career. 
• Rhea took all the major decisions regarding film offers and laid conditions that Sushant will accept the role only with Rhea in lead. 
• She also replaced Sushant's house staff with her own people and took charge of his credit and debit cards. 
• The FIR highlights Sushant's bank account was debited by Rs 15 crore over a period of time, which was allegedly done by Rhea.

• She also appointed Disha Salian as Sushant’s manager, who too committed suicide on June 8. 
• Sushant's sister also offered him to come and stay with her for a few days, but Rhea refused and pressurised him to continue treatment for mental health.
• According to KK Singh, "They made him vacate his existing house, citing disturbance due to a paranormal activity. Rhea and her family made Sushant stay in a hotel close to Mumbai airport and was repeatedly told that he was mentally disturbed & must get treated.” 

A few days back, Rhea Chakraborty had written to Home Minister Amit Shah and requested a CBI probe into the case.

It has been more than one month since Sushant died by suicide. His last movie "Dil Bechara" was released online on Disney+ Hotstar on July 24. The movie was highly praised by the fans and received laurels from the critics as well.
