It occurred on Sunday evening as the occupants of the car—a man, his wife, their 1.5-year-old child, and their mother-in-law were travelling from Madiwala to Hosur. In the video, the woman expresses concern, stating, "They are tailing us, hitting the vehicle. He's trying to open the door." According to a report by The Financial Express, after the incident, a case was lodged at the Madiwala police station, and the individuals responsible were apprehended overnight. Deputy Commissioner of Police (Bengaluru South East) CK Baba revealed that the altercation originated from a dispute regarding a flashing indicator light, which escalated into the subsequent chase.
