Lotus Stem

It is a honey dazed lotus stem which is similar to honey chilli potato, but, a healthier version.

Ting Ming Mushroom

This cute named dish is garnished with very colourful salads. This spicy dish has wild mushrooms with honey and chilli.

Dragon Rolls

These are normal spring rolls with a twist. The spring rolls are coated uniquely to give some effects that looks like dragon.

Quesadillas

Rajma along with cheese filling make up for this dish.

Verdure Pizza

This pizza consists a very unique topping which is waterchestnut along with the common ingredients such as cheese, spinach, capsicum, onion, and baby tomatoes, among others.

Lahori Subz-Seekh

Looks like Hara Bhara Kebab which comes with a pineapple chutney.

Burmese Khao Suey

This dish comes with several side condiments including peanuts, fried onion, spring onion, and fried garlic which you need to add to the main dish and have it all together. The curry is very similar to Thai Curry because the base in made from coconut, but this comes with noodles and other ingredients.

Talking about this new restaurant, Rohit Arora, the owner of Sky Rozo, said, “The tag line goes with being a social butterfly because that is what the word rozo means. We wanted to bring a new happening place in west Delhi because there aren’t many and we have been underestimating this place.”
