There are days when I feel like jumping into my pyjamas and bingeing my favourite show on Netflix with a bowl of noodles and dim sums. This time, I ordered some Pan Asian treats from House of Wok. Last weekend, I binge-watched my favourite K-drama and my partner were some delicious eats from the cloud kitchen.

House Of Wok's menu offers a good amount of options for Pan Asian cuisine lovers. The cloud kitchen's appetiser menu has a wide variety of options for all vegetarian, chicken, and seafood fans. Then, you find the classic hits like baos, Thai curries, rice, and noodles. The delivery kitchen has a separate menu using which you can make your own box, your way. Pick a choice of rice or noodles, choose your protein, sauces, and add-ons, just perfect for those who like to personalise their meals.

My Experience

I am not someone who enjoys experimenting a lot with food options especially when it comes to Asian cuisine. I like to stick to the basics. Honestly, I had my picks the moment I saw the menu.

Starters

Since I am a vegetarian, for starters I ordered Asparagus Tempura Roll, Mix Vegetable Dim Sums, and Dragon Rolls. The sushi was fresh, packed with flavour and veggies. Dim sums and dragon rolls were to die for. Dim sums, soft and delicious, and dragon rolls, crisp on the outside and packed with flavour on the inside. Though the appetisers tasted great, they were all loaded with mushrooms and those who aren't a fan of the veggie might not enjoy the overload. Main Course

Coming to the main course, again, I kept it simple, a bowl of chilli garlic noodles, Thai fried rice and for the main curry, exotic vegetables in butter garlic sauce. It was a killer combo for me! The sauce is creamy, and packed with vegetables, fried rice was freshly prepared and the noodles are just perfect, spicy, and garlicky! The sides and main course came with a set of condiments, I loved the Thai chilli sauce.

Dessert

For dessert, I got a chocolate brownie and a chocolate chunk cookie. Both of them were fresh and gooey, just the perfect dessert after a heavy meal.

Overall, I enjoyed the food. If you enjoy Asian food and wish to relish it in the comfort of your home, get some treats from House Of Wok. The food tastes great and the pricing is quite fair for the quality the cloud kitchen has to offer.
