For a relaxing weekend with my friends, all I want is a spot where I can unwind with a glass of beer, savour delectable snacks, and immerse myself in great music amidst a pleasing setting. Recently, my quest led me to the newly opened Bira 91 Taproom nestled in DLF Avenue Saket, New Delhi.

Bira 91, best known for their crafted beer, launched another Taproom here in Saket recently. To be honest, I was anticipating great beer but was pleasantly surprised with the impressive array of food options that awaited.

I stepped into the Bira 91 Taproom and instantly fell for the contemporary decor and warm lighting. The vibe is all relaxed, setting just the perfect tone for an evening with friends.

The Taproom has an infectious energy, a good mix of lively and soothing beats just add to the enjoyment of every sip and bite. With a DJ on hand to curate a blend of rhythms, the evenings just can't get better.

What stood out for me was the DIY veggie tacos - crisp tacos loaded with fresh lettuce and served with fried paneer fingers, tofu, guacamole, and salsa on the side. This one allows you to assemble your culinary masterpiece right at the table. Each bite is a delight, flavourful, a beautiful mix of savoury and spicy fillings.

Love Italian cuisine? The Taproom offers a great selection of flatbreads and pastas bursting with flavours. Paired with a chilled beer, it's an experience like no other.

While the Taproom is a paradise for beer enthusiasts, there are many options for non-alcoholics as well. From refreshing mocktails to innovative beverages, you will want to try almost all of those.

Another highlight for me was from the dessert section, Gyoza — a sweet treat inspired by Japan. These fried dumplings, filled with peanut butter and Nutella, were the perfect sweet ending.
