Vegetable Pancake is a healthy and savory breakfast which is loved by everyone.
Add sooji to a bowl. Now stir in the curd and water.
After that, season the mixture with salt and black pepper. Mix all ingredients to make a batter.
Next add chopped vegetables to the sooji mixture. Stir in the chopped coriander leaves. Your batter is ready.
Next, heat a nonstick pan and smear 1/2 tsp oil. Now, add 2 ladles of batter to the pan. Spread to make a circular pancake.
Cook until both sides are golden brown.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
