An easy and simple savoury pancake recipe made with semolina batter and filled with a variety of veggies, served with a spicy chutney or a basic tomato sauce. Here's a quick and easy recipe for this culinary delight:

How To Make Vegetable Pancakes?

  • Fill a bowl with sooji. Now mix in the curd and water.
  • After that, season the mixture with salt and black pepper. Make a batter by thoroughly combining all of the ingredients.
  • Then finely chop all of the vegetables and add them to the sooji mixture. Now stir in the chopped coriander leaves. Your batter is now completely ready.
  • Next, heat a nonstick pan and smear 1/2 teaspoon oil in it. Add 2 ladles of batter to the pan now. Spread a little more to make a round pancake.
  • Cook until both sides are golden brown in colour.
  • When done, serve hot the delicious pancakes with tomato ketchup and mint chutney.

  • 1 small carrot
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • vegetable oil
