This time, she made Veg Cookie Canapés which are the ultimate snacks for your party or the snacks that you can make in a jiffy if you are hungry and feeling oh-so lazy. She gives the regular canapés a twist by using digestive cookies instead of simple crackers or biscuits. Check out this easy peasy recipe and try this at home!
Ingredients To Make Veg Cookie Canapés

- Sugar-free digestive Ajwain cookies: 4
- Hung curd with Greek yoghurt: 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice: 1 tsp
- Finely chopped mint leaves: 1 tsp
- Finely chopped coriander leaves: 1 tsp
- Cumin powder: 1 tsp
- Amchur powder: 1/4 tsp
- Salt: 1/4 tsp
- Cherry tomatoes: 4, sliced in half
- Black olives: 4
- Kalonji seeds: 1 tbsp

Method For Making Veg Cookie Canapés
- In a bowl mix together the hung Greek yoghurt with lemon juice, chopped mint and coriander leaves, cumin powder, amchur powder and salt.
- Place the cookies on a plate and cover their top with the yoghurt mix using a knife. Flatten the mixture and now create the topping in a creative way.
- Slice cherry tomatoes and place them cut side down on the cookies. Place one black olive on each cookie beside the cherry tomatoes and sprinkle some kalonji seeds along with chopped coriander leaves.
