This Gooey cake is made with butter, chocolate, eggs, sugar and flour.
To prepare this lip-smacking dessert, star with whisking chocolate, flour, baking soda and baking powder together. Once done, keep it aside.
Next, add milk to it and whisk until you get smooth mixture.
Take a separate bowl and add sugar and butter to it. Mix it well until you get smooth fluffy mixture.
Add this mixture to the flour, chocolate mixture along with eggs. Beat well.
Pour in ramekins and bake at 220 degrees F for 10-15 minutes or until the cake has puffed a bit. Now remove from the oven and allow them to cool slightly.
Put a plate on top of the ramekin and carefully invert the cake onto the plate. Let it sit for 10 seconds, then lift up the ramekin. Serve immediately, with ice cream and drizzle some more chocolate syrup.
