Sattu paratha is very healthy and it can be made wither with a stuffing in between or with all the ingredients mixed together. I like my parathas with less drama so I mix everything together. To make a paratha with the stuffing you can prepare the dough with wheat atta and salt and the seeds and make a filling with the sattu, coriander, lemon juice and chillis. To give my paratha an even more healthier twist, this recipe has suji or semolina added to it with lesser amount of wheat atta.
