How To Make Sabudana Kheer At Home?
- Soak some Sabudana in water for around half an hour.
- Take a pan and add milk to it. Heat the milk till it starts to bubble up and then add Sabudana to it.
- Stir well to avoid the milk or Sabudana from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
- Keep stirring till the milk reduces a little. At this step, add sugar. Stir well.
- Let the milk reduce and thicken for another fifteen minutes. Keep stirring gently.
- Add dry fruits and stir for another 5-10 minutes.
- Your Sabudana Kheer is ready to serve!
