Just a few ingredients required and this delicious and spicy green chilli sauce is ready!
In a pressure cooker, add green chillies, garlic, ginger and water.
Pressure cook for 3 whistles on high flame.
Let the pressure release and open the lid.
Add cooked ingredients to a blender to get a smooth paste.
Take out in a glass container. Add vinegar, salt and sugar.
Sieve the sauce and discard the leftover.
In a pan, cook the sauce for 2-3 minutes.
