But there are people who don't really like eating an egg version of this chocolate cake. Hence to ease your struggles down, we have chalked out a chocolate cake recipe which is totally eggless. This is an easy chocolate cake recipe that uses no eggs at all. It gets prepared quickly and the taste is out of this world! Read along to know the recipe:

Eggless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of condensed milk
  • A few chunks of unsalted butter
  • 4 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 25 grams of almonds and cashew nuts
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup of warm milk add as required
  • 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 2 cups of plain flour

Directions:

In a large bowl, add condensed milk and butter and start mixing. Whip it well, with other ingredients now. Add flour, vinegar, apple cider vinegar (get 100% natural Apple Cider Vinegar here at a discounted price of INR 149), baking soda, and milk. Add those dry fruits and nuts. Add a bit of vanilla flavour with Ossoro French Vanilla Flavour which is available at just INR 150 here. Keepwhipping till your mixture gets a smooth consistency. Bake your cake at 175 Celsius for 30 mins. Now prepare a bit of chocolate frosting by adding cocoa powder (buy Cadbury Cocoa Powder Mix for just INR 185 here) to the leftover condensed milk.

In case you want it to be thicker you can add two tablespoons of condensed milk. Beat well till the mixture is silky and smooth. Take the cake out of the oven and spread the chocolate frosting on top. You can get as creative with the cake as you want. From chopped strawberries to sprinkling a bit of chocolate powder, you can use anything. Serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
