  • 4 Calcutta betel leaves (paan), cut into small pieces
  • 4 tablespoon gulkand
  • 1 ½ tablespoon paan (betel leaves) masala
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds (saunf)
  • 1 ½ cups vanilla ice cream
  • 10 ice-cubes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Besan
  • 1/4 cup Sour Curds
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-Green Chili paste
  • 1 tsp ENO Fruit Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 10-12 Curry Leaves
  • 3-4 slit Green Chilies

Step

  • Step 1 :

    Blend all the ingredients in a mixer until it become a smooth puree.

  • Step 2 :

    Refrigerate for 1 hour.

  • Step 3 :

    Garnish with rose petals and serve chilled.
