How To Make Momos Chutney?

  • Begin with washing tomatoes, red chillies.
  • In a pan, add tomatoes, red chillies and some water.
  • Bring the water to boil and then discard the water.
  • Put the boiled tomatoes and chillies in a grinder once cool and grind to make a paste. Keep aside.
  • In a pan, add some oil.
  • Next add in some ginger and garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and salt.
  • Add in the tomato and chilli sauce.
  • Cook till the chutney starts to thicken.
  • Take off flame and once at room temperature, serve with snacks. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 8 Dry Whole Red Chillies
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Ginger
  • 1 Tsp Vinegar
  • Salt As Per Taste
  • 1/2 Tsp Soy Sauce
  • Pinch Of Sugar
  • Oil As Required
  • 1/2 Cup Water

Step

  • Step 1 :

    Wash tomatoes and red chillies.

  • Step 2 :

    Boil with 1/2 cup of water.

  • Step 3 :

    In a grinder, add boiled tomatoes and chillies to make a paste.

  • Step 4 :

    In a pan, add oil, ginger and garlic.

  • Step 5 :

    Next add vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, salt and tomato chilli paste.

  • Step 6 :

    Cook till the chutney thickens.

    Once cool, serve with snacks.
