Prepare this low in calories Thai style grilled chicken made using herbs and chillies. The recipe has been contributed by Chef Kiran, Head Chef of Krua Thai.
Prepare the chicken by taking out the excess fat.
First marinate by mixing all the ingredients together and make sure the entire chicken is covered well. Keep it aside for 40 to 45 minutes.
Mean while make the honey chilli glaze.
Take a pan, heat oil and saute garlic till light golden brown.
Add the chilli pastes, honey, black pepper, and light soy sauce.
Bring it to boil and reduce it by 10 percent.
Grill the chicken from both side and apply the honey chilli glaze.
Cook it till the chicken is done.
Serve it with jasmine rice.
