What Is Kimchi All About?
Kimchi is a Korean classic recipe that is made by a process of fermenting cabbage and carrots in a spicy and zesty sauce which is a signature side dish. Kimchi is essentially an amalgamation of layered flavours stemming out of the ingredients such as garlic, ginger, soya sauce, vinegar and chilli flakes.
Kimchi is best made with ‘napa cabbage’ in ‘pogi kimchi’ which literally means whole cabbage kimchi. This is the most popular variety of the delicious Korean delicacy. You can either eat your kimchi as it is or can even use it in your cooking.
