Add egg white, rice wine, sugar, salt, starch and flour to the bowl and mix them well together. Make small fish cakes from the mixture in whatever shape you desire like fish cake balls or fish cake long thin bars and lay them down on baking paper.

  • 160 grams skinless squid body
  • 260 grams boneless skinless white fish fillet
  • 1 extra large egg white
  • 55 grams peeled onion
  • 80 grams shelled prawns
  • 2 Tbsp potato starch
  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • 1 tsp fine salt
  • 1 tsp rice wine
  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 4 to 5 cups of water to boil fish cakes

  • Step 1 :
