How To Make Panjiri Ladoo

1. Take a heavy-bottomed pan and add ghee to it. Heat the pan on medium flame.

2. Add whole wheat flour to the pan and roast the flour until it turns golden brown. Make sure to roast the flour evenly without burning it.

3. Add phool makhana to the pan and stir well. Let it roast for a few minutes until it turns crispy.

4. Add chopped almonds, roasted cashew nuts, and roasted raisins to the pan. Mix them well with the roasted flour and phool makhana.

5. Add sugar to the pan and stir well. Keep stirring continuously until the sugar melts and mixes well with the flour mixture.

6. Add cardamom powder, poppy seeds, and nutmeg powder to the pan. Mix well with the other ingredients.

7. Turn off the heat and let the pan cool down. Once it cools down, make small round balls (ladoos) using the mixture.

8. Your Panjiri Ladoo is now ready to serve.

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup ghee 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup phool makhana
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup roasted raisins
  • 1/4 cup roasted cashew nuts
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
