Theri (Re-release on January 15, 2026)

If you loved the Vijay starrer Tamil movie, ‘Theri’, you will now get a chance to witness this cop movie on the big screens again. This action-thriller is directed by Atlee Kumar and you will get to see DCP Vijaya Kumar back in theatres from January 15, 2026.

This Tamil movie is a sequel to filmmaker Mohan G's 2020 blockbuster film ‘Draupathi’. In this sequel, ‘Draupathi 2’, you will get to see actors Chirag Jani, Deviyyani Sharma, Natarajan Subramaniam and more. According to the movie’s IMDb gist, the plot is about, “In modern times and 14th century India, rulers navigate between the Madurai and Delhi Sultanates' power.
