Ingredients

  • 150 gms paneer; cut into two strips
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 medium green capsicum; sliced in thin strips
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 wraps/tortillas
  • 2 tbsp Veeba Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 4 tbsp Veeba Mint Mayonnaise

Step

  • Step 1 :

    To prepare this scrumptious snack recipe, start with heating oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot enough, add onion slices to it and sauté for half a minute. Now, add green capsicum, red chili powder, paneer strips, salt and sauté on medium heat for two minutes.

  • Step 2 :

    Next, add bean sprouts and continue to sauté for another minute. Remove pan from heat and set it aside.

  • Step 3 :

    To prepare the wraps, divide the paneer mixture into 2 equal portions. Place a wrap on the worktop and arrange a lettuce leaf over it.

  • Step 4 :

    Apply a tsp of Veeba Mint Mayonnaise evenly on it, and then add sufficient amount of paneer mixture in the middle of the wrap. Drizzle half a tsp. of Veeba Vinaigrette Dressing and secure. Repeat to make more paneer wraps and serve hot!
