How To Make Eggless Mayonnaise At Home?
Ingredients Required To Make Eggless Mayonnaise
- 1 Cup Oil
- 1/4 Cup Cold Milk
- 1 1/2 Tsp Vinegar Or Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Tsp Mustard Powder
- Salt To Taste
- 2 Tsp Powdered Sugar
Directions To Make Eggless Mayonnaise
Add all the ingredients to a jar and blend using a hand blender. Continue till all the ingredients combine and you get a creamy texture. Transfer to a clean glass bowl.
