Indian cuisine is not complete without sweets. These desserts or mithai, are made often with basic ingredients and are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. For dinner parties during the week or last-minute preparations, these quick Indian dessert dishes are excellent. With these delectable eggless desserts, meals can be concluded on a sweet note. Take a look at these easy eggless desserts for dinner you can enjoy with family and friends:-
1. Coconut Laddoo
Ingredients:-
200 grams of desiccated coconut fine
750 ml whole milk
200 grams sugar
4 tablespoon desiccated coconut
How To Make It:-
1. Dry roast the coconut for a few minutes on low heat and stir, without allowing it to burn or turn brown. Put it aside for later use and place it on a plate.
2. Then boil the milk on a medium flame.
3. Add the toasted coconut and reduce the heat; keep a few spoons for later decoration. Cook the mixture while constantly stirring until the milk has entirely dried up.
4. Add the sugar and continue whisking the mixture; at this point, it will again become loose and watery. Stir the mixture constantly until it begins to set up, shine, and start to come away from the pan.
5. Transfer the mixture to a large dish and let it cool.
6. Make spherical balls with the laddoo mixture by dividing them into equal portions. Add them to the remaining coconut and roll (desiccated coconut)
7. Once it's done, store it in a container and serve it after dinner.
2. Mango Peda
Ingredients:-
2 cups mango pulp/puree
2 tablespoon ghee
20-25 saffron strands
4 tablespoon heavy cream
2 tablespoon regular sugar
3 cups full cream milk powder
1 tablespoon pistachio slivers
How To Make It:-
1. In a small bowl warm cream, then add saffron strands and leave it aside for 15-20 minutes or longer.
1. In a bowl take some cream and add saffron threads to it, then mix it well. Leave the mixture aside for at least 15 minutes.
2. Cook mango pulp in 1 tablespoon ghee in a nonstick pan over medium heat until the pulp slightly thickens for 4-5 minutes.
3. Next, add sugar, saffron-infused cream, and milk powder. Cook the ingredients over low heat until it reaches the consistency of one mass after adding 1 tablespoon of ghee and thoroughly combining.
4. Turn off the heat, but continue to whisk the mixture for a short while. Let the mixture cool to room temperature entirely.
5. Use your palm to knead the dough for a few minutes. Then divide each 30g amount of dough in half.
6. Create a ball and give them the shape you choose. Allow the peda to air dry at room temperature.

3. Eggless Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:-
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cold milk
1/2 cup hot water
1 tbsp vanilla essence
1 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup oil
2 tbsp yoghurt

How To Make It:-
1. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, milk, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl. Put aside.
2. Next, thoroughly combine 1/2 cup hot water and 1/2 cup oil in another bowl. Allow it to settle and cool.
3. Pour them into a bowl and add the yoghurt after thoroughly combining them. Stir them together.4. Set the oven's temperature to 180 C. Use some vegetable oil to grease a baking pan. Bake it for 35–40 minutes at 160°C, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
